The design is not ironed on the shirts like some others; however, it is print screened into the fabric so no matter what, the design will not fade nor peel. All shirts ordered did wear shorter in length than we liked, in addition to all of the women's cut shirts fitting snugger around the mid-section than the unisex. I recommend this seller and the shirts, just advise to order unisex. The seller resent numerous shirts in larger sizes and style for us.
