I have been wearing Mizuno Inspire running shoes since the Inspire 5 (~2011) and they continue to be the best all round most comfortable shoe for me. Unfortunately the durability of more recent versions of the shoe have been questionable due to the back heel interior wear. I’m hoping Mizuno has corrected this issue with the Inspire 16 but only time will tell. The other issue, which is more a minor inconvenience really, are the flat laces. Although they stay tied during long runs, I for some reason find flat laces particularly difficult to undo and plan to swap them out with laces from an older pair. Otherwise these shoes are great especially if you can snag them at a reduced price.
